Refund Policy

We want you to love your Everlumi products! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked “final sale”

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@everlumi.ca

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
